How long does it take to get my custom shade?  All of the materials for each shade are handmade to order and take 1-2 weeks to complete before they ship. 

Are returns accepted? Since the materials are all made to your specifications, returns are not accepted. With this in mind, please feel free to send a picture and dimensions of your lamp for our shade recommendation.

Are color samples available? Yes, please include your mailing address and the colors you would like to see and they will be mailed to you for no charge.

Can shades be shipped internationally? Yes, shades can be shipped internationally. Please message us with your complete shipping address as well as the shade you are interested in and  we will get you a quote. ​

Are the DIY shades easy to assemble? Depending on which style you choose, assembly can be a bit time consuming but not technically difficult. General assembly videos can be found on our YouTube channel at                https://www.youtube.com/@fancheto1

What size harp do I need fore my shade? Using a harp that is 1" shorter than the height of the shade will allow the shade to hang perfectly. ex. If your shade is 9" tall, you will need an 8" harp.
